Almost half of all organizations calls in the help of external professionals to draw up their training policy. This was found by research conducted by Motivaction, commissioned by Rendement Uitgeverij. Educational institutes (28%), trade associations (23%) and external coaches or specialists (15%) are the most popular external professionals called in. Only 30% of respondents said they call in the help of organization-internal coaches and specialists. Internal professionals are mostly called in by larger organizations (with a staff of over 250): 48% of these organizations said to do so.
Call in help
Organizations with a staff of 50 to 250 mostly use external professionals (21%). And 20% of respondents stated they do not call in the help of any professionals when drawing up their training policy.
